1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BetTower Telegram Mini App ("the App"), provided by BetTower Inc. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the App.
2. Eligibility and Scope
Your use of the Platform may involve submitting personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to DEF Corp OU’s collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
3. TON Wallet and Payments
The App operates within the Telegram Open Network (TON) ecosystem. Transactions within the App, including purchases and rewards, are conducted via the TON Wallet. By using the TON Wallet in connection with the App, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with blockchain technologies, including volatility and potential loss of access.
4. Account and Access
Your Telegram account is used to identify you in the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram credentials. We do not store or control your Telegram login or messages.
5. Data Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data, primarily if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA).
6. Use of Platform
You agree not to: (a) use the App for unlawful purposes; (b) exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities; (c) impersonate others; (d) interfere with network or system integrity.
7. Intellectual Property
BetTower Inc. or its licensors own all content, features, and code in the App. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or third parties.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BetTower disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the App to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued App use after changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which BetTower Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
